July 2018 - Solis Health Plans (SHP) selected MDFlow Care Management System

Solis Health Plans (www.solishealthplans.com) is a health plan with a Medicare contract that offers Medicare Advantage Plans to Medicare beneficiaries in specified areas within the State of Florida. SHP selected MDFlow Care Management System to manage its case and disease management programs to follow and meet the industry standards and guidelines, as well as the requirements from the regulatory bodies. MDFlow system will enable the SHP patient care team to effectively and efficiently manage the comprehensive healthcare needs of their patients and deliver consistent and results driven outcomes. We are honored to have this opportunity to work with SHP team.

Zion Medical Center operates several primary care medical centers in South Florida. Zion Medical Center selected MDFlow EHR and Patient Care Workflow Management system to support its medical centers' operations, as well as streamline and enhance the flow of information throughout patients’ medical care lifecycle.


April 2018 - CANO Health selected MDFlow Care Management System

CANO Health (www.canohealth.com) operates medical centers specializing in Senior Care and Primary Care for all ages. CANO selected MDFlow Care Management System to be a part of CANO Population Health Management (PHM) system.


September 2017 - Illumina Medical Centers selected MDFlow EHR and Patient Care Workflow Management System

Illumina Medical Centers (www.illuminamedicalcenters.com) manages and operates several primary care medical centers in South Florida. Illumina selected MDFlow Patient Care Workflow Management and EHR system to support its medical centers' operations, as well as streamline and enhance the flow of information throughout patients’ medical care lifecycle.


September 2017 - Palm Medical Centers selected MDFlow Care Management System

Palm Medical Centers (www.palmmedicalcenters.com) operates several centers in South Florida and Tampa area to provide a wide range of medical services from primary care and specialists visits to pediatric care, diagnostic testing, dental services, optometry, and physical therapy. Palm Medical Centers selected MDFlow Care Management System to manage and support its case and disease management programs for Medicare and Medicaid patients.

Palm Medical Centers also uses MDTran (non-emergency patient transportation management system) to manage its daily patient transportation services to take patients to and from doctor's appointments.


April 2017 - Progressive Care Partners with Healthcare IT Company MDFlow Systems

PharmCo has executed a Memorandum of Understanding with MDFlow to facilitate the development of a virtual pharmacy module whereby large clinics, hospitals, retirement communities, assisted and independent living facilities can have virtual on-site access to live pharmacy staff for prescription assistance and consultation. The modules are intended to extend the pharmacy experience to patients, physicians, and healthcare administrators at convenient and strategic healthcare locations to enhance the level of access, communication, and service delivered by the pharmacy. December 2016 - Concordia Care selected MDFlow Care Management System

Concordia Care (www.concordiacare.com) is a specialty risk transfer, care-coordination company servicing insurers, government entities, self-insured plan sponsors and other managed care organizations. Concordia selected MDFlow Care Management System to support its case and disease management programs, as well as DCF Coordination of Care (COC) programs.


November 2016 - Preferred Health Management, LLC selected MDFlow LTC System

Preferred Health Management is a healthcare management compnay. It manages over 100 ALFs in Miami-Dade County for United Healthcare Long-term Care (LTC) program. It selected MDFlow LTC System to support its operations.


August 2016 - MDFlow Systems brings EHR to physicians’ fingertips - MDFlow Mobile App

MDFlow Systems recently released it mobile application that enables physicians and other health care providers to access their patients’ secure medical records and view appointment schedules from their Android and iOS and smart phone and tablets. March 2015 - MDFlow EHR and Patient Care Workflow Management System achieves certification for Stage 2 Meaningful use

The MDFlow EHR and Patient Care Workflow Management System has achieved ONC HIT 2014 Edition modular EHR certification. The certification designates that the software is capable of supporting eligible providers with meeting the Stage 1 and Stage 2 Meaningful Use measures required to qualify for funding under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). MDFlow EHR and Patient Care Workflow Management System (version 5.0) was certified by ICSA Labs, an Office of the National Coordinator-Authorized Certification Body (ONC-ACB) and is compliant in accordance with applicable criteria adopted by the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS).
